Edith Ramos

Edith Ramos, age 85, of Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021. Edith Ramos was born in Carmen De Bolivar, Colombia on August 7, 1936. She married William Rafael Castillo in January 1958. She had 3 children, Mildred, Elcy and Guillermo Castillo. She widowed at a very young age and immigrated to the United States to give her family a better life in Paterson, New Jersey. In November 1971 she married Pedro Ramos who she spent 43 years of love and happiness with raising her children, subsequent 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Edith was a valiant woman who always put the happiness and well-being of all her family first. Her strong will, bravery and resilience is the legacy she leaves behind to her family that will cherish all the memories and life lessons she has taught them. Edith was a very vibrant woman, lighting up every room she entered.

A visitation for Edith will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.
