It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Edward M Chowaniec, who passed away on May 15, 2025, at the age of 70. Edward was born in Elizabeth NJ on July 24, 1954 to Elizabeth and Edward.
Edward was a beloved husband to Roberta "Bobbi" for 46 years, a loving father to April and Joseph and a cherished grandfather to his 4 grandchildren. He was a devoted member of the American Legion Post 102 and a passionate engineer for over 40 years. Edward's legacy will continue through his family and friends who will remember him for his kindness, dedication, and unwavering love.
Edward is survived by his wife, Roberta, his children, April and Joseph, his son in law Stephen, his grandchildren, Jessica, Caitlyn, Chiara, and Rylee, his sisters Rose and Frances, his brother Donald, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth and Edward, and his sisters Catherine and Dorothy.
Edward was cremated privately. May he rest in peace.
