Frank Anthony Mosca (85) of Rahway, N.J peacefully passed away at home Thursday evening, August 6th, 2026, surrounded by his 3 loving sons. Frank was born in Jersey City, and lived in Bayonne for many years, before moving to Elizabeth, and settling down in Rahway for over 30 years. Frank graduated from Bayonne High School where he was an outstanding member of his high school’s football team. Frank was also an Air Force Veteran ( Goodfellow Air Force Base ) After leaving the Air Force, he was a longshoreman for over 40 years, and was a union member of the I.L.A.
Frank loved history, travel( Greenland ). bowling, baseball, especially the N.Y. Mets. He was also passionate about golf, and loved getting practice at the range, and golf course. Another of his hobby’s, was doing the daily crossword puzzle.
Frank is predeceased by his loving wife of 43 years( Lucille), he is survived by his 3 , loving sons, Frank Jr, Alexander and Michael. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at KROWICKI MCCRACKEN FUNERAL HOME, 2124 East Saint Georges Ave, Linden, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral on Friday, August 14, 2026, 9:30 am from the funeral hiome, where a funeral service will be held at 10:30 am. Entombment to follow at
St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
