Gonzalo Quiceno, age 35, of Kenilworth, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 peacefully with his loving family by his side. Gonzalo was born November 26, 1985 to Maria Bedoya and Gonzaga Quiceno in Cali, Colombia. Gonzalo was a loving family man and always put family first, especially with his daughter Olivia. His passion was his 2012 Harley Fat Boy and working on motorcycles in general. He would spend hours at the Cartel Baggers Motorcycle shop fixing and working on bikes with buddies on a daily bases. Aside from motorcycles, he loved working on Hondas like his prized (highly modified) Integra. Gonzalo battled cancer for 3 long years and fought hard everyday. He was known by many as a stubborn man, but also known to be humorous, soft spoken at times, and helped anyone he could that was in need. His friends were family to him. Even though they were not blood related, he saw passed that and treated them all like they were.
Gonzalo is survived by Fiance Janel Haag, mother Maria Quiceno, daughter Olivia Quiceno, sisters Jessica and Nelly Quiceno, 1x nephew and many nieces and friends.
A visitation for Gonzalo will be held Sunday, June 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. A private motorcycle escort will take place immediately after to the crematory in North Bergen, NJ.
