Jorge was born May 27, 1960, in Cali Colombia, to Alba Lucila Caicedo and Emmanuel Rodriguez.
Jorge owned and operated, Georges JBV auto detail dealers for 35 years. He is survived by his son Emmanuel Rodriguez and his wife Karina, and his two daughters Vanessa and Jennifer Rodriguez, along with the mother of his children Nelsy Rodriguez. Jorge will be deeply missed by his brothers, William Rodriguez and his wife Orfa, Horacio Rodriguez and Walter Rodriguez and his wife Aleyda, along with his sister Elsy Rodriguez. Jorge was predeceased by his brother Rodrigo Rodriguez.
