Leandro Salomon Rubio Torres, age 81, of Irvington, New Jersey passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021. Leandro was born on March 13, 1940 in the Dominican Republic, to his late parents Juana Torres and Miguel Rubio.
Leandro is survived by his loving wife Maria, children; Xiomara, Henry, Rosalba, Jochy, Nieve, and Bethania, Sister; Elena, Brother; Rafael, grandchildren; Natalie, Massiel, Andre, Carlos, Allison, Aaron, Darien, Marques, Michael, Matthew, Genesis, Natalie and Emmanuel, great-grandchildren; Mariah, Edgar, and Ema, along with many nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for his love of animals, his laugh, his kindness, his wisdom, his stories from the past, and the love he had for his grandchildren.
A visitation for Leandro will be held Monday, July 12, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. A prayer service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden.
