Luz Maria Aviles

Luz Maria Aviles, age 93, of Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021. Luz was born October 5, 1927 to the late Ramon and Emilia Rodriguez in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. All who had the pleasure of knowing Luz knows how special she was and that she will be greatly missed.

Luz is predeceased by her husband Joaquin Aviles, her son Joaquin Aviles Jr, and her daughter Santos Emilia Humrichouser.

Luz is survived by granddaughter Tara M. Policelli, great grandchildren Gabriel Parker, Corben Murphy, Sylvan Policelli , Cicily Policelli , and nieces Noemi Reyes and Mildred Valentin.

A visitation for Luz will be held Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. A prayer service will take place at 6:00 PM. Friends and Family are invited to gather at the funeral home on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The funeral will follow at Rosedale Mausoleum, E Linden Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.
