Luz M Beltran, age 87, of Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away on Thursday June 11, 2020 peacefully at home with her loving family by her side. Luz M Beltran was born January 29, 1933 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. In the 1950's, she came to the United States and lived in Newark NJ. A few years later, she met the love of her life, Victor M Beltran (or "Vitin" as she referred to him). They were happily married for 57 years until his passing in 2014. Luz worked in the pharmaceutical industry for many years before retiring.

Luz was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as "Abuela" grandmother. She was a loving and devoted mother to Victor M Beltran Jr. (predeceased), Maria E Beltran of Elizabeth NJ, and Ivett Beltran,cherished fiancé David J Penn of Wayne NJ, adored grandmother to Stacy Beltran of Linden NJ, Anthony V Beltran (predeceased), and Cindy I Beltran of Linden NJ.

She was a dedicated and deeply religious member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Elizabeth, NJ. Her church community grew to be a constant part of her life which gave her a wonderful support system and meaning for life.

All who had the pleasure of knowing or meeting Luz knows how special she was and that she will be deeply missed.

A Visitation for Luz will be held Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ. Following the visitation will be the Funeral at 11:00 AM, Rosehill Cemetery, Linden Ave, Linden, NJ.
