Maria Goncalves

Maria Goncalves, age 52, of Rahway, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the Morristown Medical Center, Morristown ,N J. Maria was born October 16, 1968 in Portugal to dear parents the Jose and Olimpia Soutelo. Maria was a homemaker and enjoyed her family, she was a devoted wife and mother. Maria was kind, caring, generous and loving and always had a smile. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing knew her and how special she was.

Maria is survived by her husband Filipe of 28 years of marriage, her loving children Amanda Velez and her husband Steven and son Nicholas Goncalves her mother Olimpia Soutello. Pre-deceased by her father Jose Soutelo. She also survived by two brothers Tony Soutelo and his wife Rosa and Jack Soutelo and his wife Filomena.

A visitation for Maria will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. Cremation will be private. The family will bring Maria back home to Portugal where she will be laid to rest in her final resting place.
