Maria Padron

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Maria Antonia Comas Padron, age 91 of Elizabeth, New Jersey. Maria passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, she was born in Matanzas, Cuba on July 18,1930 to the late Enrique and Felina Comas. Maria’s passion was cooking for everyone, knitting, putting a smile on the face of loved ones and most of all mastering the game of Dominos. Her grandchildren were her world, she used to say there is nothing like the love you feel for your grandchildren.

Maria was predeceased by her late husband Pedro Roberto Padron, son Roberto Delgado, brother Julio Comas (Teresa) and sister Hildelisa Carrasco.

Maria will be missed and is survived by eldest brother Pedro Enrique Comas (Margarita), children Jose Antonio Morales and wife Dina Vorilas, Mirian Mercedes Nava and partner William Finkle, Adriana Padron and husband Carlos Gonzalez, Adopted daughter Janet Del Sol (Jose). Brother in-law Mario Enrique Padron (Maritza). Loving Grandmother to Melinda Mercedes Nava, Alexander Antonio Morales, Melissa Maria Nava and Megan Antonia Fitz. She will also be missed by her loving nieces Maggie Plasencia, Griselda Zucco, Leticia Musmanno and her nephews Larry Comas, Jesus Carrasco, George Carrasco, Julio Comas, Jr. and many loving friends.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036, followed by a prayer service from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
