Maria Pereira

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Maria Pereira de Arriola, who went to be with the Lord and Savior on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the age of 75.

Born on February 19, 1949, Maria lived a life devoted to her family. Her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ was evident in everything she did, from her gentle words of wisdom to her acts of kindness.

As a mother, Maria poured her heart into raising her children with love, grace, and values. She was a guiding light to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandson, who cherished her warmth and friendship. Her love transcended generations, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Maria is survived by her four children: Marcela, Veronica, Guillermo, and Cristina; fourteen grandchildren, Julio, Samantha, Leah, Isaiah, Stella, Shyann, Andre, Amare, Aiden, Isabella, Joseph, Elias, Mariah and Andrew; and one great-grandson Shiloh who were all touched by her selfless love and enduring faith. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Julio Arriola, and daughter, Ana Arriola, who welcomed her into the loving arms of Heaven.

We take comfort in knowing that Maria is now at peace, rejoicing in the presence of the Lord, where there is no more pain or suffering. Her life was a testimony to God’s grace, and her legacy of faith, love, and service will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Visitation for Maria will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at KROWICKI MCCRACKEN FUNERAL HOME, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral on Thursday, September 26, 2024, 10:00 am at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, followed by an interment at Rosedale Cemetery, Linden.
