I can't express how I feel I just know 
I miss you so much.  Your kindness, warmth, and the love you shared with me and your grandchildren meant so much to me. From the moment I became part of the family, you welcomed me with open arms and always made me feel loved.

One of my favorite memories will always be the simple moments we shared—going to the mall together, sitting down for a cup of coffee, and having our long conversations, whether on the phone or in person. Those talks meant so much to me, and I will always treasure the laughter, the advice, and the comfort you gave.

Thank you for being such a caring mom to me, a wonderful friend, and an amazing grandmother to Christopher and Sean. Your love, care, and the special bond you shared with them will always be remembered, and I am so grateful they had you in their lives.

Your strength, wisdom, and loving spirit will stay with me forever. I will always carry the memories of our time together in my heart.

Heaven gained a beautiful soul, but our hearts will always miss you.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this in loving memory of my dear Aunt Marlene, who passed away on March 1st.

Aunt Marlene was such a special part of my life and our family. Her kindness, warmth, and beautiful spirit touched everyone who knew her. She had a way of making people feel welcome, loved, and cared for, especially during the times we needed it most.

Some of my favorite memories with her were the simple but meaningful moments we shared. I will always treasure the times we went shopping together for our fish tanks, picking out supplies and enjoying each other’s company. Those outings may have seemed small to others, but they meant so much to me.

I also hold close to my heart the memories of when we first moved to this country as little kids. Aunt Marlene would cook for us and make sure we were fed and comfortable. In a new place that felt unfamiliar, her meals and her love made us feel safe and at home. That was just the kind of person she was — nurturing, generous, and full of love.

Though she is no longer with us physically, her spirit will forever live on in our hearts and in the countless lives she touched. I am grateful for every memory and every moment I was blessed to share with her.

We loved Marlene and her presence in Harvey’s life, especially as you all were growing up together, was so warm and supportive. Our hearts go out to Jess and Larry, who lost their sweet mom, and to Humberto and Nidia, who lost their dear sister.
