Rosibel Quintero

Rosibel Quintero, a beloved, resilient, loyal, and kind-hearted woman, passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on November 18, 1960, Rosibel was a cherished resident of Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Rosibel is survived by her daughters, Glenda and her husband Orlando, and Yariela and her partner Elber. She also leaves behind her sister Hortensia and her husband Carlos. She was predeceased by her brother Jose. Rosibel found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren: Britney, Kelly, Kimberley, Lenny, Noah, Alanis, Camila, and Scarlett.

In her life, Rosibel loved dancing to her Spanish music, going shopping, and taking photos. She was known for her exceptional cooking, especially her famous Arroz Con Pollo.

A visitation will be held on October 30, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at KROWICKI MCCRACKEN FUNERAL HOME, located at 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. A prayer service will take place during the visitation from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm at the same location.

Rosibel's warmth and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Rosibel Quintero, una mujer querida, resiliente, leal y de buen corazón, falleció el 19 de octubre de 2025, a la edad de 64 años. Nacida el 18 de noviembre de 1960, Rosibel era una residente apreciada de Elizabeth, Nueva Jersey.

A Rosibel le sobreviven sus hijas, Glenda y su esposo Orlando, y Yariela y su pareja Elber. También deja atrás a su hermana Hortensia y su esposo Carlos. Fue precedida en muerte por su hermano José. Rosibel encontraba una inmensa alegría en pasar tiempo con sus nietos: Britney, Kelly, Kimberley, Lenny, Noah, Alanis, Camila y Scarlett.

En su vida, a Rosibel le encantaba bailar al ritmo de su música española, ir de compras y tomar fotos. Era conocida por su excepcional cocina, especialmente por su famoso Arroz Con Pollo.

Se llevará a cabo una visita el 30 de octubre de 2025, de 4:00 pm a 8:00 pm en KROWICKI MCCRACKEN FUNERAL HOME, ubicado en 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. Se realizará un servicio de oración durante la visita de 6:00 pm a 6:45 pm en el mismo lugar.
