

Vito graduated Hillside High School and began working at Schering- Plough for many years. With jobs in between before he settled in as a quintessential employee for 12 years at Autoplus in Union N.J. He was a one of their most dedicated employees walking from Hillside to Union until Huntington’s disease made it impossible for him to work.
Vito was a loyal Cowboys fan. He was a collector of many cars and loved working on them as well. He enjoyed time with family at the Wading pines campground, being a DJ, having a glass of wine and sweet treats but oatmeal cookies were his favorite.
Vito is proceeded in death by parents Vito and Karen Botticello, and sister Melanie Botticello Pikula (Jamie Pikula). He is survived by his daughter Samantha Botticello, grandson Gabriel Botticello, brother Jason Botticello (Jacqueline Botticello) , Nephew Zachery Pikula and nieces Emmalie Pikula, Chance, Choyce, Chase Botticello and a host of friends and loved ones who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint Georges Ave, Linden, on November 3, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A prayer service will be held at 6:00 pm.
