The day I was told that he was in peace broke me but I knew not to be sad but I broke down in tears. I know Tio wouldn’t want me to cry or be say he would want me to think positive and know he lived a good happy life with us and not cry but think positive it’s impossible. He was best uncle he always made jokes maks us laughs. He does these funny random dancing to his favorite rock and roll bands songs.  He makes the holidays fun, love and laughter. He always loved sports soccer and football if you all know him he his favorite all time football team is New York Giants always have been his whole life, also favorite soccer team Portuguese lol of course. If you hear old rock music you know it’s him. He always had a smile on his face when we show up outside he always be like “what’s up man what’s going on😂” Words can’t describe how much I’ll miss you being around but I know you will always will be with us spiritually. I will miss the jokes, your laughter, your smirk and smile, the side-eye you give me and all of us lol, I will miss you playing the lottery ticket with you, eating good food having the small talks Ect. Thank you for always believing me and making me smile when you was around I love you Tio I hope you see you again.

Hurts to even be writing this right now. My uncle was a good hearted man, he didn’t mind helping others. He was a Jokester, always had the family laughing during the holidays. He loved sports and great food. The memories I hold of him will be with me forever, from playing the lottery together or from teaching me how to eat seafood when I was a little girl. I’ll miss the smell of his cologne when he walked by to the little smirks he would give me when he poured a cold glass of wine. He always told me to not worry or be sad when he was gone because he lived a good life. I hope it’s true and I will miss him tremendously. I LOVE YOU TIO! Rest in paradise, until we meet again.
