Walter Liberman, age 78, of Cranford, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025. Born in Russia in 1947, an only child, Walter came to the United States in his late teens with his parents Joseph and Tatiana. After completing his bachelor's degree at Alliance College in Pennsylvania where he met his future wife Barbara, he ultimately settled in Jersey City for the majority of his life.
He had a long career in international importing and exporting working in the World Trade Center for many of those years. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara, children Lena and Alexander, and four granddaughters, Sofia, Ava, Amalia & Ana.
Walter will be privately cremated. May he rest in peace.
