Aline lived a life grounded in faith and service. Her relationship with Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life, guiding her actions and bringing her joy. She actively participated in Bible studies and shared her faith with heartfelt sincerity. Her devotion extended into the community through volunteer work at Midcoast Hunger Prevention and The Gathering Place in Brunswick. She also knitted hundreds of mittens and hats for underprivileged children, offering warmth and care to those in need. Her compassion was most deeply felt within her family. Aline cared for her disabled daughter Robin, with tireless devotion and offered quiet strength and kindness to all who knew her.
She is lovingly remembered by her son Roland Albert and his wife Linda of Plainville, Connecticut; daughters Robin Albert of Lisbon Falls, Maine; Carol Cyr and her husband Gregory of Charlotte, North Carolina; and Tina Dumond and her husband Dean of Lisbon Falls, Maine. Aline took great pride in her grandchildren: Steven Albert (Jenny), Keith Albert (Jennine), Kaycie Villeneuve (Nick), Sydni Clark, and Colby Pollock. She also welcomed several step-grandchildren into her heart: Jessica Cyr, Blaine Cyr, Mariah Cyr, Casey Dumond, and Nicole Car. Her great-grandchildren—Sierra Albert, Hannah Albert, Brayden Albert, Adam Albert, and Madeleine Villeneuve—brought her much joy. She was predeceased by a daughter who was stillborn, Lyne Albert.
Aline’s legacy is one of unwavering faith and selfless love. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her and a reminder of the peace found in a life lived for others through Christ. Family will be hosting receiving hours on Thursday, June 12th, from 5pm – 8pm at Crossman Funeral Home in Lisbon Falls. A Mass of Catholic Faith will be held on Friday, June 13th, at Holy Trinity Parish in Lisbon Falls, at 11am.
