Portland- Linda M. Vigil, 71, of Oxford, formerly of Lisbon died Monday May 16, 2011 at Maine Medical Center. She was born in Boston, MA on March 3, 1940. Linda proudly served her country in the US Navy and worked for many years at Brunswick Naval Shipyard in the Navy Exchange. She was a member of Grace Fellowship in Oxford and The T.O.P.S. Club. Linda enjoyed bowling, watching birds, watching sports on TV especially her Red Sox and loved cats. She leaves a son Joe Vigil of Oxford and 3 grandchildren: Sarah, Cheryl and Mike Vigil. Linda was predeceased by two brothers Donald and Bob Johnson.
