I met Nancy when she worked at Northeast Bank with my sister Andria.. We would always talk about our children. Mine being young and into so much mischief and hers grown to men that she was so proud of. She gave me so much advise I loved talking with her. She was alwasy so tough and worked so hard.I think of her eveytime I hear an Elvis song or movie. My sympathies go out to her family. She was truely a great mom and freind to everyone.. Dear Marc and Jim, 
  Our hearts have been heavy this week with your Mom's passing. I want you both to know how very special your mom was to not just me but our family. I will be forever grateful for how dear she was to both my Dad and Colbi.........and of course all of our animals!! I am sure you both know that you were the light of her existence....for as long as we shared time together her stories were always about you both.

So sorry Jim and Mark. Nancy has always been very special to our Family. Like a sister. We all loved her. She always had that little place next to her that we could rent if we needed a place to live. Nancy and I had a special friendship. She is such a special lady, and I enjoyed my visits with her, wishing I could stay longer to just sit and talk with her. She would talk about her sons, how much she loves them, and how proud she was, that she was a hardworking person and they were brought up that way too. She loved her cats, as many have said, and they loved her back, Dusty didn't leave her side often. Nancy was strong throughout her fight, she never wavered in her determination to beat her illness. She was a selfless lady that was independent, always wanting to care for others before herself, to make sure her sons were ok, she also spoke very highly of her daughters in law. I miss her smile, and our talks. She would always light up when I called her and it made my day. I can still hear her voice. Nancy, you taught me so much and I bet you didn't even realize it. I met Nancy when she was a Teller at Androscoggin Bank in Lisbon Falls. We became friends through our love of animals, especially cats and bunny rabbits. When I needed a partner for the Moxie Festival Chuck-a-chicken, she stepped up. "Three throws for a buck, try your luck". We spent the day retreiving rubber chickens. but we had fun. Nancy donated her share of the proceeds to the No Kill Cat Shelter. She often talked about her sons, and said that she was a tough mother. But her love and pride was evident.
She was a lovely person, and I miss her.

Nancy became one of my dearest friends. We talked for hours about everything and everyone. She taught me to appreciate my life, my husband, and most of all myself. 
Nancy fought this illnes with all she had to be "with her boys one more day".She was not concerned about herself only her boys. She wanted them to know how proud she was of them as men, husbands, and sons. 
I had never met a true lady like Nancy before and will never again. She lived life and had no regrets. I strive to live my life as she did.
I will miss her smile, her support, her stories, her laugh, but most of all her love.

My mother and Nancy's mother were the best of friends. I grew up spending a lot of time at their home in Litchfield. My heart is heavy to learn that Nancy has passed.  I lost my mother, Judy St. Germain December, 2007. I extend my deepest condolances to Mark and Jim, have peace knowing Nancy is now with Bea and my Mom and they are all together once again.

She touched many and she will be missed.

Nancy has been my friend since first grade at Litchfield Central School. Growing up she spent almost as much time at our house as she did at hers. Her proudest achievement as an adult was her sons, and her greatest regret during her illness was leaving her boys. As she said they grew to be, "good men, good husbands, and wonderful sons." She loved her daughters-in-law and was proud of the women her sons had found to share their lives. 
She was so thankful to Sonny, and said she couldn't have gone through her illness without his help.
I will miss her laugh most of all, her enthusiasm when she was telling one of her stories, the way she said, "you've got to be kidding me", her smile when she saw you, and the way she made me laugh.

I met Nancy through our shared love of animals, she would actually stop by to visit with my barnyard critters on her way home from work. Nancy and I were in school together. I spent a lot of time with her when we drove school bus together.  She was always a great lady. Glad I got to spend a lot of time with her this past year. Wish we could have more time together but know she is in a better place.

Nancy was one of those significant people in my life when I was growing up in Litchfield.  We spent a lot of time working together and basically just having a whole lot of fun working together at Richard's Market. I will always treasure those memories and admire her courage and strength as she fought her battle. RIP my good friend.

I will miss my friend, had many laughs throughout our years....she was a special person and great mom, to Jim and Mark.
