“Two precious Sisters are dancing together in a field of daisies now." Natalie Abbygayle Hogan, 11 and Kelsey Annabelle Hogan, 6, died as a result of a structure fire March 4, 2011 in Lisbon Falls. Natalie and Kelsey, both born in Deland, FL are daughters of Christopher L. and Lorna J. (Pratt) Hogan. Both girls were members of the 4H Club and were homeschooled by their mother Lorna. The girls enjoyed music, dancing and twirling around the house all the time. Together they would dress up and even included their little brother Benjamin in many occasions. Natalie enjoyed ballet and will be remembered as the "second mom" to all, always watching over everyone in the house. Kelsey will be remembered as the "little princess" and mom’s assistant cook. She enjoyed cooking so much; she made special creations from her own mysterious recipes all the time. Together they were full of life, enjoying their time being creative and making birthday cards, and especially the one they made for Aunt Kathy on her birthday, a party in an envelope. Grammy and Grandpa lived with the family for a year and really enjoyed getting to know the girls for the beautiful angels they were. The girls enjoyed family time with everyone, especially with Nanna. Natalie and Kelsey are survived by their parents Chris and Lorna, their siblings: Jacob, Paul, Benjamin and Elizabeth Hogan all of Lisbon Falls, their grandparents, Diana Jollymore and Mike Mendelson of Lisbon Falls, Luanne and John Bohman of FL, and Mark and Judy Hogan of SC, great grandmother Lorna Jollymore of Lewiston; their Aunt Kathryn Baugher, cousins James and Kyle Baugher, of FL, their uncles: Jeff Baugher, Tim Hogan and wife Valerie of FL and Daniel Hogan and wife Tessa of FL; The girls will also be missed by special friends, Jackie Neff, Madeline Gray and Erika Pirozok. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all of the community that has rallied around them in such a difficult time and for all of their generosity.
