Alexey Shukin

Dr. Alexey Shukin, 88, passed away on November 22, 2016. He is the beloved husband of 64 years to Olga Shukin. The loving father of Vitaly (Olga Dalmatov) Shukin, Michael (Susan) Shukin, Paul (Barbara) Shukin, and Masha (Sergey) Furmanov. He is the cherished grandfather of Kimberly, Veronica, Christopher, Sophia, Matthew, Lydia, Theordora Shukin, Anna Furmanov and Mark Shukin. The dear brother of Lubov and Ekaterina. Fond uncle and friend to many. Visitation on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 4-8 p.m., Panikhida to take place at 7pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Avenue, Lisle (On Rt. 53, ½ mile south of Ogden Avenue/Rt. 34). Funeral Service on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 10:15 a.m. at Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral, 1800 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL 60018. Burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, 2905 Thatcher Avenue, River Grove, IL 60171.
