Bette Tessier

Bette Tessier, nee Hanstedt, beloved wife for 60 years of Jack H. Tessier; devoted mother of Gregory (Jean) Tessier, Gussie Tessier (Tony Lullo), Elisa Tessier (Drew Glassford) and the late Curtis Tessier; cherished grandmother of 6; dear sister of Noreen (Clyde) Johnson and Rev. Bruce (Sherill) Hanstedt.

Bette was born on March 16, 1930 in Gillett, Wisconsin, the daughter of Marie and A.E. Hanstedt. She attended St. Olaf College in Minnesota and the Women’s Fashion School in New York City. Bette married Jack H. Tessier on December 27, 1951. She was the very best wife, mother and grandmother.

Memorial Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 2:00 pm until time of Memorial Service at 4:00 pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave., Lisle (on Rt. 53, ½ mile south of Ogden Ave. / Rt. 34).
