Darlene E. Wachowski, 85, born in Lisle, IL, passed away on July 26, 2026. Beloved Wife of the late Bruno Jr. for a loving 49 years. Devoted Mother of Bruce (Irene), Elizabeth (Jose) Figueroa, Cheryl (Ken) Winebaugh, Paula (David) Schnabel, and Ginny (Chris) Rickert. Proud Grandma of Bruce Jr., Brent, Jackie, David Jr., Amber, Alyssa, Alexandria, Kenny Jr., Zach, Megan, Sam, Jolene, Tess, and Ashton; and Great-Grandma of many. Dear Daughter of the late Joseph and Virginia Cross. Fond Sister of the late Donna (the late Bill) Eacott and Joseph Jr., who died shortly after birth; and Sister-in-Law of Susan Schumacher. Darlene had many nieces and nephews she loved and she'd like to give special thanks to nieces Stacey annd Barb for all of their care, support, and assistance. Dearest Dog Mom to her beloved Becca.

A Memorial for Darlene will take place Sunday, August 2, 2026, with Visitation from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed directly at 4:00 PM by a Chapel Service.
