Uncle David, it was always part of home leave to visit you and Auntie Donna. And I will remember you downstairs in your man cave!

Thank you for always being a good friend to my parents, and for celebrating the majority of our important family milestones with us.

Sending love to you and yours, thank you for sharing your light with us. <3

David L , you will be missed by all of us dearly. Having been roommates with Dave twice you get to know a person and he was funny and not afraid to laugh at himself. As our jobs took us to Europe and Asia, we developed mutual good friends to this day. The best thing that happened to you was meeting your incredible wife Donna while working in Taiwan and starting your family. Our families spent some time together in Singapore and the US. Wonderfull memories and some great pictures. We have tried to be with you through the hardships you endured, too many and always remained good friends. Your spirit was never broken as you saw Dana grow up, marry and start her own family. What a proud grandfather you were. As Hicks said there are only 4 of us left from 831 Maple there will always be 5 in our hearts.
Rest in peace David L

To Donna and Family,

From a fellow 831 room mate and friend. Loved Dave, his infectious smile and dry sense of humor. I will remember our good times at Molex and 831 always.
God Bless

Dave and I also worked together at Molex. He was so proud of his family, whom I was able to spend time with on many occasions.

He was warm, funny, and will be missed deeply. My sincerest condolences to Donna, Dana and family.

My condolences to Dave's family. Dave and I go way back at Molex. Dave was one of the good guys. He was always positive, polite, and a good friend. He had some difficult years but never changed those traits. I will miss Dave and I am sorry that I am not able to attend his services.

When I got hired into Molex Int’l Marketing Dept in ‘90, Dave was one of the warmest and ironically funniest guys around. I took an instant liking to his personality and we stayed friends all throughout our long Molex careers.

I remember one time when he visited us in Biberach, Germany where I was posted 93-96, we went to a huge Beer Festival together. He, being sober, made me drink for both of us and at the end I was so wasted that I followed his provocation to drink an ashtray watered with beer but full of cigarette butts. I would never forget his convincing power and friendly personality.

RIP my friend, till we meet again
Love
Mahmut
