Dennis M McKechnie, age 75, United States Navy Veteran, and a longtime resident of Lisle, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Beloved husband of Pamela, nee Gettinger. Loving father of Erin McKechnie, Megan (Jared) Meurer, and the late Adam McKechnie. Cherished grandfather of Olivia, Amelia, Matilda, and Madeline. Dear brother of Allen (Barb) McKechnie and Maureen (Morris) Hochburg. Many loving nieces and nephews. Dennis was a proud member of the Lisle Lions Club for 42 years.
A visitation for Dennis will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Avenue, Lisle, Illinois. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 820 Division Street, Lisle, Illinois. Burial and Military Funeral Honors to follow in Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois.
