Grams, 
I’m so grateful for the bond we built,  how close we grew, how much those long calls and email chats meant to me, and how they became our own little way of staying connected. I’m thankful we had all that time together before you left us.
You were steady, strong, and always yourself — and I loved you for it. Your stories, your no‑nonsense way of showing you cared… all of it stays with me. I carry our conversations with me every day, and I feel you close even now.
And though losing you hurts, there’s comfort in knowing you’re finally reunited with mom in heaven. I picture the two of you together again, whole, happy, and watching over us.
I miss you, and I’ll keep your memory with me always.
