Elaine G Stephan

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Elaine Geraldine Stephan, age 90. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Elaine passed away peacefully in Lisle, Illinois where she had made her home at Villa St. Benedict for the last 2 years. She was born on April 5, 1935, in Chicago and spent much of her life surrounded by family.

Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Philip Stephan. Elaine cherished every moment they had together. She is survived by her children; Elaine (Daniel) Blaney, Philip (Susan) Stephan, and Anthony (Pamela) Stephan. Elaine's legacy lives on through her grandchildren; Catherine (Mark Vigliotti) Blaney, Christopher Blaney, Kevin Blaney, Michael (Cecilia) Blaney, Brendan Blaney, Anthony (Stephanie) Stephan, Joseph Stephan, and Abigail Stephan. She is also survived by her great grandchildren; Isabella and Lillian Vigliotti. Her family was her world, and she always put the needs of her loved ones first. Elaine will be remembered for her unwavering love and will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025 from 9:00AM-11:00AM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave., Lisle, IL 60532. A chapel service at will begin at 11:00AM. Interment will be private.
