Please accept my deepest condolences.We are never fully prepared for the void left when we suffer such a loss. Our Heavenly Father can give us strength to carry on. I can still picture him driving Jamie and Jenny home from some activity in his Datsun, smiling and joking.  Years later, the same guy, in his van, tooling home, never too busy to stop and talk, always with a funny story.  He will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I did not know James very well but knew Pat and Jamie through girl scouts while we lived in Naperville.  Jim would be at the house on occasion.  I will cherish the memories of the meetings at the Abete home.  And the occasional appearance of Jim....his smile and his warmth and laugh.......  my heart breaks for Pat and Jamie and the rest of Jim's family....you will each be forever in my heart.
