John J. Smrz IV was born August 15, 1982 in Geneva, IL and passed away March 9, 2015. John was the loving father of Giana Joy Smrz; cherished son of Debra (Kevin) Duros and the late John J. Smrz III; dear brother of Jessica Smrz; adored uncle of MacKenzie and George. Fond step-brother of Kevin Duros Jr., Pamela Duros and Elizabeth Duros. John is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2015 from 4-8 PM at Cypress Funeral Home, 1698 N. Bloomingdale Road, Glendale Heights. Funeral service and interment will be private.
