Oh how I miss you my dearest friend. 
I hope your having a blast with all the music artist, your brother and dad and all the pets we had. Love you and miss you.

Just wanted you to know how sorry I was to hear this and that my sincere condolences go out to Mrs. Lindemann, Don and Theresa.

As Kathy's mother, I am devastated by her death and my inability to be at the services.  I am sincerely grateful to the pastor and all of you can be there to honor her.
It is hard to put into words what I saw as her many attributes but following are some:
Very caring, fun-loving and was mischievous at times
Fiercely loyal to family and friends
Wrote beautiful tributes to family
Wrote poetry
Active in sports at school
Enjoyed watching football, especially "her" Green Bay Packers
Loved music since early childhood; played in school bands
For her family and friends, Kathy prepared countless specially selected groups of songs on the current medium of the time (cassettes, CD's) from her extensive record collection and other sources.
Kathy was hard-working, highly detailed, and logical and innovative in solving problems.
I loved her dearly, was proud of her and will miss her terribly. 

Kathy was a great and caring friend.  I have many fond memories of listening to her extensive collection of 45's for hours.  Even though we took our years in band very seriously, (she was a great drummer), our constant laughter got us in trouble many times.  I could never keep a straight face when I was with Kathy.  She was always pulling pranks on me.  Kathy was always there for me to talk to and offer a shoulder when I needed it.

I was happy that I could reconnect with Kathy  a few years ago but unfortunately not in recent years. My sincere condolences to Kathy's family.  May your fond memories soften your grief.

A dear friend I am so very grateful to  have reconnected with.  Thank for your humor, kindness and friendship. I will treasure our last conversation in September. Condolences to the Lindemann family. She was one of the best. Heartbroken in Minnesota.

I’m so sad to hear that Kathy is gone. We lost touch and the last time I spoke to her we lived in the same apt complex....’82?  Our high school days were definitely more fun with her around!  I was just remembering that she had a growth spurt in Jr High.  We thought she was SO TALL!  But of course 5’5” is tall for a Jr Hi girl... I passed her by freshman year and we laughed about that one day standing next to each other in the lunch line.  She and I were in Band together all through high school.  I still see her banging on those drums while we marched in parades —loved that echo under the bridge on Main St! I really didn’t know a lot about her—but I did know of her love for music! Her record collection! And she was so, SO funny! I remember laughing so hard in the library I couldn’t breathe! I will miss her and the loss of opportunity to ever see her again.  Hugs to the Lindemann Family.

My thoughts and prayers are with Kathy’s family and friends. High school friends remember Kathy’s great sense of humor. She always made us laugh. I don’t think the Lisle High librarian enjoyed the fun we had with Kathy during free time in the library but we have many fond memories.
She was a terrific athlete back when we did not have as many options as women do today.  She made the class of ‘74 proud!
So sorry we lost touch.
May Kathy Rest In Peace.

I  remember Kathy being a great Elvis mimic, always quick with a quip and a wink of the eye. She made high school so much fun, even when it wasn't. I was sorry that we lost touch after school ended and everyone split in different directions, but I still spoke of her often and with great fondness.

Kathy was a blessing and a cherished friend.  I will miss her more than words can express.   Her love and knowledge of music was phenomenonal.  
My favorite memory of Kathy was when my parents were over for brunch. As usual I was complaining about how she did something with the bacon. She looked at me with a twinkle in her eye and said "you evil twin, be nice" .  My dad laughed so hard he spit his toast across the table.   Kathy made our world a better place.
