Marc Battaglia

After losing his mother at a young age, Marc was raised by Kay & Lou Baez, his Aunt and Uncle, along with their four children in Woodridge, Illinois. Marc met his wife, Jenny, while at work, and after dating for many years they married on March 14th, 1998.

Anyone who knows Marc knows how much he loved and cared for his dogs; Buttons, Boots, Tornado, Twister, and Tsunami. He enjoyed sitting on the deck in Wisconsin looking out at the lake and enjoying the peace and quiet the Northwoods had to offer. Family was most important to Marc. He was at his happiest with a house full of people, the grills loaded with food, and a cold drink in his hand.

Marc is survived by his wife, Jenny; his daughter, Megan (Joey); his father, Mickey (Nancy); his parents, Kay and Lou; his brothers, Keith and Dean; and his sisters, Alexis (Dominic), Johnna, Yvonne, and Michele.

A visitation for Marc will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Avenue, Lisle, with a time for sharing from 4pm - 5pm. Burial will take place at Clarendon Hills Cemetery, 6900 South Cass Avenue, Darien, Illinois 60561.
