Marie J. Czyz-Fornelli, 90, passed away on October 16, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Edward Czyz and the late James Fornelli. Loving mother of Gary (Barb) Czyz, Lana (Don) Carson and the late Edward Czyz Jr.; mother in law of Linda Czyz. Loving mother and grandmother to the Fornelli family. Cherished grandmother of Joseph (Andrea) Czyz, Dana (Jeff) Riedel, Angela (Joseph) Kiselyk, Andrew (Lani) Czyz, Veronica (Michael) Menta, Donna Carson, Elena Carson. Proud great-grandmother of Jack, Kaya, Benjamin, Rohan, Janelle, Henry, Kylie, Daniel, Sydney, Ellie, Reese, and Bryn. Dear friend of Madelyn Kotan and Vi Croccetti. Visitation at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Avenue, Lisle (on Rt. 53, ½ mile south of Ogden Ave.) on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 4-8pm. Funeral Service starting at Blake-Lamb on Saturday at 9:45am and leading to St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church for Mass at 10:30am .
