Janda, age 86, beloved husband of the late Dorothy, nee Colombo; devoted father of Janice (Bob) Woodburn and the late Gail Mauro; loving grandfather of Vicki Peterson, Richard (Meghan) Mauro and Denise (Jim) Gianpetro; great grandfather of Alexander Woodburn and Garrett Peterson; dear brother of the late Robert Janda; fond uncle of Geralyn (Jeff) Meyers and Laurene (Craig) Bowers. Visitation Saturday 3-8 pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave., Lisle (on Rt. 53, 1/2 mile south of Ogden Ave. / Rt. 34). Entombment will be private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, Illinois.
