Richard J. Schebo, age 84, US Army Veteran, passed away on November 24, 2025. Loving husband of the late Karen Schebo; Beloved step-father of Wendy (Michael) Shehee; Cherished grandfather of Michael (Evelin) Shehee, Jr. and Christopher (Michelle) Shehee; Adored great-grandfather of Paeyton, Ashland, Connor, and Scarlett Shehee; Dear brother of Jack (Anne) and the late William “Billy” Schebo; Father of Wendy Schebo; Uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, William and Anita Schebo. Visitation will be from 10 AM – 12 PM on Friday, November 28, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave, Lisle, IL 60532, where a Funeral Service will follow at 12 PM. Interment Mount Emblem Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
