Robert Philip Kuchenbecker, age 76, passed away on May 12, 2026. Bob now joins the love of his life, wife, Gerri Marie Kuchenbecker in Heaven. Loving father of Susan (Mark) Breck of Florida, Gerald Kuchenbecker of Romeoville, Stacey (Jason) Shibley of Wilmington, Kristen (the late Mario "Alex") Barba of Aurora, and Scott (Vanessa) Kuchenbecker of Romeoville; Cherished grandfather of Elise (Karl) Ulm, Renee (Justin) Krolik, Amber Shibley, Mikayla (Chris) Garcia, Mairin Kuchenbecker, Kiersten Breck, Angel Barba, Nicole Breck, Xavier Barba, Logan Barba, Angelica Rodriguez, and Evan Barba; Beloved great-grandfather of Levi, Olivia, and James Krolik, Emmett and Madeleine Ulm, and Violet Garcia; Dear brother of Karl (Nancy) Kuchenbecker of Elmhurst and Jody (Gary) Coppola of Glen Ellyn; Son-in-law of Charles and Margaret (nee Moore) Jones; Brother-in-law of Laura Burns of California, Robert (Debby) Jones of Arizona, and the late Anne (the late Lenny) Mizio of Florida; Uncle to many. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Joan “Mickey” Kuchenbecker, brother, Gary Kuchenbecker, and brother-in-law, Richard Jones.

Memorial Visitation for Bob will be from 4-8 PM on Friday, May 29, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave, Lisle, IL 60532, where a 6 PM Memorial Service will take place. Inurnment will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 278 Ashland Avenue, Aurora, Illinois 60505, on Saturday, May 30th at 11 AM.
