Tom A. Kaczor

Thomas A. Kaczor, age 51, beloved son of Thomas O. and Barbara, nee Chrishop Kaczor; devoted father of Courtney, Alexa and Jordan; loving brother of Debbie (Kevin) Rohlwing and Kellie (Jeff) Reed; cherished grandson of Joan Klasen; dear nephew of Margaret Stojek, Alfred “Sunny” Chrishop, Geneta Daly and special aunt/best friend, Linda Lillie; fond uncle of 7 and cousin of many; former husband of Julie Kaczor, the devoted mother of Tom’s children.

Affectionately known by his closest friends and family as “Tommy,” he passed away on Tuesday, March 1 in Louisville, Kentucky. Tom was a graduate of Valley Lutheran High School and Eastern Illinois University where he played football and wrestled. He was active in a number of different business ventures throughout his career and was always ready to take on the challenges that they provided. Tommy never met a stranger and was loved by many for his outgoing personality and ability to tell a story.

Memorial visitation will be on Sunday, March 6 from 1:00 pm until time of Memorial service at 3:00 pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave., Lisle (on Rt. 53, ½ mile south of Ogden Ave. / Rt 34).
