Calvin Earl Cotton

Calvin Earl Cotton, age 72, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023. He was born July 16, 1951, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Mr. Cedell Cotton and Mrs. Ruby Cotton. Calvin was a loving father, brother, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Calvin Graduated from Joe T. Robinson High School. He then pursued a career of Masonry work that included brick laying, wood working, painting and welding. Calvin was a huge Arizona Cardinal’s fan and never missed a game. He enjoyed softball and had a passion for fishing the quiet rivers of Arkansas.

Calvin is preceded in death by his parents Cedell and Ruby Cotton, His brother Kenneth Cotton, and sister Florencell Jones. Calvin is survived by his brother Ricky Cotton, his step daughter Denise Shaw, step daughter Karen Wright, his niece Ruby Cotton, Shelly Cotton, Kamille Cotton, and Kashwanda Lynch. Nephews Chris Perry, and Kevin Cotton and a host of great grand nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Calvin’s honor at Mark’s Chapel United Methodist Church, 5209 Ives Rd, Little Rock, AR 72223. On Saturday, September 02, 2023 at 11:00 A.M.
