Carl M. Wright, a resident of the Landmark Community, passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on October 18, 2025. He was the son of Raymon and Trula Wright and is survived by his wife Audrey; daughters Brenda (Tim) Mauldin and Carla (David) Fort; grandchildren Hannah and Zachary Fort; brother Jim (Lorene); sister Louise Heathcock; and several other relatives.
Carl and Audrey recently marked their 69th anniversary, enjoying a life centered on family, church, and rural living. He worked as a postman for thirty years and valued the friendships he made. Carl was a dedicated member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church and served in the US Army.
Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Friday, October 24, 2025 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church (17201 Arch Street, Little Rock, AR 72206). Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service, 11:00 a.m., at the church. Carl will be laid to rest following the service at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
