Carrol Jean Ellison

Carrol Jean (Davis) Ellison, 86, of Little Rock was born August 13, 1929 in Augusta, Arkansas and went to be with the Lord Friday, on March, 25, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents Minor and Leo Davis and her husband of 55 years Wayne Ellison. She was a long time member of Calvary Baptist Church in Little Rock. She enjoyed volunteering at her church and participating in church activates. She worked for several years as a switchboard operator for Southwestern Bell and was a proud grandmother and great grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Bruce Ellison and wife Laura of Fort Worth, Texas, three grandchildren, Mark Ellison and wife Jamie of Greeneville, Tennessee, Brent Ellison and wife Becky of Batesville, Arkansas and Misty Ellison Claunch and husband John of Fort Worth, Texas and four great grandchildren Jaida, Tori, Lyla and Michael. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 30th, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas, with Dr. Ed Simpson officiating.
