Deborah was as determined as she was sweet. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends as well as tending to her plants and lawn. She loved her time by the waterside, especially sunning on the beaches in Florida. She was a person who valued family, hard work and always had a smile for those she met. She believed in pushing yourself to do what is right, even when the path is hard. She was a great listener, friend, mother, sister and aunt who always made time to help those around her. Deborah was a member of Lifeline Baptist Church and had a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Her faith held strong through her life and especially in her illness where she never stopped believing and trusting in the Lord.
She is survived by her daughter Michelle Kveum and wife Kristi; sisters, Patsy Lein, Carolyn Sipes and husband Tom; sister-in-law, Shirley Lein; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ruth Lein, her son Shane Kveum, and brother Larry Lein.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Life Line Baptist Church in Little Rock. A gathering of family and friends will begin one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Life Line Baptist Church.
