Dorothy Owene (Nease) Fulmer, 104, of Little Rock passed away December 19, 2022. She was born July 16, 1918 in Blair, Oklahoma to Elmer and Artie Nease. Her family then moved to Gravette, Arkansas. She received her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education at the University of Arkansas. She then taught school until she moved to Little Rock. There she met John Fulmer, her husband of 50 years.
Dorothy was an avid and accomplished gardener and cook. She helped volunteer with the arthritis foundation and was instrumental in helping her church, Trinity Methodist with installation of the columbarium.
Those left to cherish her memories are her niece, Debra and Michael Tait, and great niece and nephew: Stephanie Singleton and Shawn Tait.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, John Fulmer; her parents; and 4 brothers and 1 sister.
The family would like to thank the staff at Avenir Memory Care for all the care they gave her in her last few years.
