He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank Andrews Sr. and Wilma Dean Andrews. He is survived his partner, Carmella Phillips; by his children, Jake (Kelsey) of Godley, Texas, their children, Lyric, Ella, Sophie, Parker and Kellin; Kyle of Saginaw, Texas, his son, Link; Teighler (Brent) of Thornton, Colorado, their daughter Madelyn; his 2 beloved dogs Daisey and Belle; sisters Terrye Hare and Wanda Andrews.
Frank was born and spent the first 12 years of his life in Southern California where he excelled in school, read comic books, played little league and went fishing with his dad, before his family moved to Arkansas.
He attended Rose Bud H.S. and went on to attend UCA. He worked for the state of Arkansas from 2005 until his retirement in 2018, proudly serving as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from 2013-2018.
He loved spending time with his grandchildren and playing music with his family and friends. Frank was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
