Mike was born in Little Rock on January 16, 1949 to James Frank and Joyce Mae Ballard.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 38 years Liz, his children Michelle L., James Michael Jr., Christopher T., John D. (Jacamerica), William Wilkerson;
seven grandchildren, Cody, Mia Jay, Ashley, Trinity & Serenity, Desharra, Madison, Jackson;
five greatgrandchildren Colt, Paisley, Bentley, Grayson and Jaxson.
Mike was a devoted hardworker. He was a Master Plumber by trade. He loved his family He was a great father and provider. He was LIz's soulmate. You will always be remembered and never forgotten!
