

Jane was born on July 6, 1934, in Paterson, New Jersey, to Thomas E. and Rose Giannone Cadigan. Jane was a lifelong, devout Catholic, a dedicated homemaker, and managed numerous family-owned apartment properties. She was active for many years in her garden club, served as a board member of the Arkansas Apartment Association, and was a member of the Pulaski County Republican Women. In her later years, she enjoyed traveling to Italy and Ireland and cherished the abundance of family gatherings.
Jane is survived by her husband, Clayton G. Gring, Sr.; her children, Clayton G. Gring, Jr. (Melanie), Anita M. Ward (Dwayne), and Thomas E. Gring, Sr. (Karen); her grandchildren, Clayton G. Gring III (Katherine), Michael A. Gring (Jenny), Jennifer M. Meurer (Kevin), Michelle L. Ward-Hill (Stacey), Rachel N. Chambers (Roy), Thomas E. Gring, Jr. (April), John Tyler Gring, and Mary Kate Gring; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Jane’s cremated remains will be interred at Holy Sepulchre Roman Catholic Cemetery in Totowa, New Jersey.
In honoring Jane’s request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carmelite Monastery, 7201 West 32nd Street, Little Rock, AR 72204, or to Catholic High School for Boys, 6300 Father Tribou Street, Little Rock, AR 72205.
Jane will be remembered for her faith, her devotion to family, and the love she shared so generously with all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
Jane’s family would like to thank Father Daniel and Deacon Hall for celebrating the Mass. Gratitude is extended to the musicians, cantor, and servers, as well as the staff of Holy Souls Church and the volunteers of its Funeral Luncheon Ministry, for their guidance, care, and assistance in planning this celebration. Appreciation is also extended to The Empty Vase for the beautiful flower arrangements.
The family is grateful for all prayers and expressions of sympathy.
