Linda Mebane Tripp

Linda was born on June 16, 1939. She will always be remembered by all of her family and friends who love her and will miss her. Linda enjoyed life. She loved to cook, sew, fish, and taking all her Grandkids to the movies and just spending time with them.

She is preceded in death by her dad and mom, Frank and Mildred Mebane; her first husband William (Bill) King; her second husband, James (Papa) Tripp; her sister, Betty Garner and Betty’s husband Charles Garner as well as their son Ken Garner.

She is survived by two sons Kevin King and his sons Chad & Brandon; Scott King and his daughters Mallory, Samantha & Stephanie. She was preceded in death by her son Steve King who is survived by his sons, Joshua and Heath. She is also survived by Betty and Charle’s daughters Jan Garner and Lin Garner; as well as Ken’s sons Michael Garner and Matthew Garner and Ken’s daughter, Erin Yamarino.

A memorial services will be held Monday, June 15, 2026 at 11am at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth, 5800 West 12th Street, Little Rock, AR. Linda Mebane-King-Tripp will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery in Little Rock, AR privately.
