Phillip Wayne Counts was born June 23, 1959, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He went to be with Jesus on January 28, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Nancy Counts. Phillip Graduated from Mills High School. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock.
Phillip leaves two sons, James Counts and Casey Counts of Little Rock to mourn his passing. He also leaves a grandson Anthony and a granddaughter Aurora. His stepmother Edie Counts; his brother Larry(Rose) and his sister Linda Brown.
Phillip worked at Levi-Strauss. He loved to read his bible and go to church and pray. He enjoyed playing with his grandkids and watching football and basketball. He loved everyone. He will be missed by all of us, but we will see him again in Heaven.
