Regina Davison, age 94, passed away in her daughter's loving arms on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Born in Altus, Arkansas, Regina moved to Kansas City, Missouri at the age of two. She returned to Altus every summer to stay with her grandparents. It was there she learned to stomp grapes with the Post and Wiederkehr families, long before it was a tourist event!

Regina was a devoted member of the United Methodist Church her entire life. It was there she met the love of her life, Melvin. They lived in several states, but decided to retire in Little Rock so their grandchildren would grow up knowing (and loving!) them well. Family and friends were the utmost importance to Regina, and she cherished time spent with them.

Regina is survived by daughters, Melanie Haney and Marcia Hartmann, both of Little Rock. Also three granddaughters, Christy Mwabo (Pacifique) of San Antonio, and Grace Isaac (Ian) and Eden Haney of Little Rock. She was also the proud Great-Grandmother of Malachi (7) and William (2).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Agape Sunday School class at St. James United Methodist Church in Little Rock.

Your mom and dad were so gracious when a friend and I passed through Little Rock years ago. Your mom got up early in the morning and made a full breakfast with perfect little melon balls. Everything served on china and she looked so gorgeous even first thing in the morning, no less. My friend was very impressed by our “Aunt Regina.” She was such a classy lady. Thank you for sharing your parents with me.

Melanie and Eden, I am so sorry for the loss of your mother/grandmother. Although it's hard, remember she is at peace, in a much better place and is with her husband again. Shelby and I love you and please know you are in our thoughts and prayers and always here for you.
