Robbie Marion Boatright, 84, of Little Rock, passed away on Monday November 21, 2016. She was born on January 27, 1932 near Zion (Battles), Arkansas. She grew up on a small farm and learned the value of hard work. After high school, she moved to Little Rock and married Emmett Boatright after a very short courtship. She was a homemaker most of her married life, supporting her husband and their two daughters, Mary and Jill. She was kind and loving to everyone around her. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and lived out her faith as a great example to her daughters and to others. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Boatright; a daughter, Mary Boatright Kelley; two brothers, Raybourne Johnson and Ronald Johnson; and two sisters, Oneita Byram and Lucille Taylor. She is survived by a sister, Ivalene Bonnie Guiltner; daughter, Jill Boatright Massirer and husband Philip; six grandchildren, Paul Kelley, Daniel Massirer, Mary Elizabeth Massirer, Anna Massirer, Joseph Massirer, and Esther Massirer; and a host of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, November 25, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 West 12th Street, Little Rock (501) 661-9111.Burial will be private.
