Shyrll,
Your mom was a little girl when Uncle Junior and I got married. One of the things I remember was we made donuts one time and put what we didn't eat for breakfast in a paper sack. Your mom wanted to take them with us on a sleigh ride. The moisture from the donuts caused a hole in the paper sack and they fell out and your moms dog Blondie ate them.
We talked several times a week on the phone after I moved to Arkadelphia. We shared recipes and kept up with each other. I will sure miss talking to her every week. I have prayed for her every day. I'm praying for you too.
Love and prayers,
Aunt Emma (Emily Talley)

Shirley worked for my parents at Dailey's Office Furniture for years. She was like family. She was at the front desk and always had a smile on her face. She was so special. I know you will miss her but you have great memories to fall back on.

Shyrll and Family, Shirley Ann has been like family to me all our lives. We all grew up together. She recently sent me a picture
of her 3rd birthday party that both Martha and I attended. She
was a sweet Christian lady and I have so many great memories
of her and the Talley family. I am so sorry I cannot attend the
funeral service but I will be praying. Take comfort in knowing
she is now with our Lord Jesus Christ. God bless you all. Eddie

Patti and I offer our prayers to Shirley's family and friends.
She was a long time co-worker at Dailey's Office Furniture ... in fact, as receptionist, she was the warm and friendly face and voice of our company .
Thru the years she and I shared a special day ... both our birthdays are on July 31. As such we would always visit by phone and exchange birthday cards. I am so grateful for these many years and birthdays we had together. Her friendship was one of the greatest gifts I could receive.
She will be missed and remembered.

Shyrll,
It sure makes me sad about Aunt Shirley. She was such a wonderful aunt and lady. A few memories are from when I was a kid. When she had been in the sun and gotten sunburned, I would peal her back for her. When I got to the age that I wanted to make a little spending money, she would pay me to iron for her. And of course always remember our wonderful family get togethers for 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also, June bugs always make me think of her because when we were kids she would catch one, tie a sting around its leg and let it fly around us. I always called her when I saw the first June bug every year. And then of course raking and jumping in the leaves in the fall. We always called each other on holidays and she always sent me a card for my birthday from her and Aunt Betty and I would always send her a birthday card and pictures of the kids. So many wonderful memories! I sure am going to miss her. I hate it that we won't be able to be at her service, but as you know, we are quarantined. Love you and praying for you.
