Sybil Ruth Grady

Sybil Ruth Grady, a beloved and inspirational member of the Little Rock, Arkansas community, passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on February 4, 1936, Sybil was known for her faithful and resilient spirit. She was a selfless and generous individual who touched the lives of many.

Sybil dedicated over 30 years of her professional life to Westinghouse, where she worked until her retirement. Her career was marked by her commitment and hard work, reflecting her steadfast nature.

In her personal life, Sybil found joy in cooking and spending time with her family. She was a devoted member of the Woodlawn Baptist Church, where her faith was a cornerstone of her life. Her love for her community was evident through her volunteering efforts for numerous organizations, where she gave her time and energy selflessly.

Sybil was preceded in death by her husband, Sonny Grady; her sons, Dan Cook and Larry Cook; five siblings; and her granddaughter, Emily. She is survived by her son, Gary Cook; her sister, Paula; seven grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Sybil Ruth Grady's life was a testament to her generous and loving nature. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
